1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
You may initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is in original, unused condition with all packaging
- All security tags and authenticity certificates remain intact
- The product wasn’t purchased as part of a clearance sale (marked “Final Sale”)
Important Notice:
For safety and compliance reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- All Automatic Knives (once the firing mechanism has been activated)
- Benchmade (Auto) and Boker (Auto) series knives
- Any blade with modified edges or handles
- Products requiring age/ID verification at purchase
2. Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Email our Blade Logistics Team at [email protected] with:
- Subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order #]”
- Photos of the item showing its condition
- Reason for return (for quality control purposes)
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 48 hours (excluding weekends), you’ll receive:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Secure shipping instructions
- Customs documentation if returning internationally
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely using the original packaging. Include:
- The RMA number clearly visible on the exterior
- Completed return form (will be emailed to you)
- All original accessories and paperwork
Note: We recommend using tracked shipping with insurance. US Sharp Edge is not responsible for lost return shipments.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card/PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after inspection
- Refund Posting: Allow 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
4. Exchange Process
For exchanges of equal or greater value:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Specify your desired replacement item in your initial email
- We’ll ship the new item once the return is received (additional charges may apply for upgrades)
